摘要
在连续的生产过程中,确保树脂产品质量稳定性能够使后续产品加工过程更加可靠,对产品的质量提升十分关键。以往在树脂质量控制方面,在行业指标内设置内控指标,进一步缩窄产品指标波动范围而达到优级控制的目标,取得一定成效。通过将过程能力指数及其辅助指标引入产品质量控制过程中,能够更加精准地发现一个阶段内产品质量的偏移点,结合同时期生产过程分析影响因素并指导下一次控制,达到优化生产过程、严格控制产品质量的作用。
In the continuous production process, ensuring the stability of resin product quality can make the subsequent product processing process more reliable, which is critical to the improvement of product quality. In the past, in terms of resin quality control, internal control indicators were set within the industry indicators to further narrow the fluctuation range of product indicators to achieve the goal of superior control and achieved certain results. By introducing the process capability index and its auxiliary indicators into the product quality control process, it is possible to more accurately find the deviation points of product quality in a stage, combined with the production process of the same period, the influencing factors can be analyzed to guide the next control to optimize the production process.
