摘要
根据中煤陕西公司聚乙烯装置的相关资料和数据,分析了反应系统可能存在的瓶颈,着重计算了调温水系统的撤热能力、循环气的带热能力、排料系统的排料能力及催化剂的活性,结果表明,在目前的装置条件下反应系统的最高负荷可达58.9 t/h,主要受到调温水系统板式换热器换热能力的限制,如果需要进一步提高产能,则需要增加板式换热器换热片数量、提高原料的纯度并采用高活性的催化剂。
According to the relevant information and data of polyethylene plant of China Coal Shaanxi Company,the bottlenecks of the reaction system were analyzed,and the heat removal capacity of the temperature control system,the heat capacity of the cycle gas,the discharge capacity of the discharge system and the catalyst were analyzed.The results showed that the maximum load of the reaction system can reach 58.9 t/h under the current conditions of the plant,which was mainly limited by the heat exchange capacity of the plate heat exchanger of the temperature control system.If it was necessary to further increase the production capacity,it was necessary to increase the plate number of the heat exchangers and the purity of the raw materials,as well as the use of highly active catalyst.
