摘要
目的:探讨过程能力指数在血站质量管理中的应用效果。方法:比较在血站质量管理中实施过程能力指数前后采血一针率、采血量不足率、留取血液标本质量合格率、离心破袋报废率、全血及红细胞类成分非阳性报废率和医院退血率的差异。结果:血站实施前采血量不足率、全血及红细胞类成分非阳性报废率和医院退血率高于实施后,实施前采血一针率和留取血液标本质量合格率明显低于实施后(P<0.05)。结论:对于血站质量管理中实施过程能力指数可以进一步提高血站管理水平和效率,减少血液的报废,保障血液的质量与安全。
Objective：To explore the application effect of process capability index in blood station quality management.Methods：The difference of blood sampling rate,insufficient blood collection rate,blood sample quality,centrifuge bag scrap rate,non positive rate of whole blood and red blood cell and hospital blood withdrawal rate were compared in the quality management of blood station before and after the quality management of blood station.Results：Before the implementation of blood,the rate of insufficient blood collection,the non positive rejection rate of whole blood and red blood cell components and the rate of hospital bleeding were higher than those after the implementation,the rate of blood sampling and quality of blood samples before implementation were significantly lower than those after implementation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of process capability index in blood station quality management can further improve the level and efficiency of blood station management,reduce the discardingof blood,and ensure the quality and safety of blood.
