装夹特性对立加床身加工一致性的影响分析

摘要 针对现有的生产过程能力指数不满足产品过程能力指数要求的现状,提出了改进方法。首先,针对某机床厂立式加工中心VMC850B的床身,在分析机床基础大件加工制造工艺的基础上,采用有限元方法分析了机床床身精加工时装夹参数对加工一致性的影响规律,分析了支撑位置、夹紧力位置和大小等因素对加工一致性的影响程度,发现垫块的支撑位置是影响加工精度和一致性的重要因素。通过理论分析和实测数据的对比,验证了该方法的有效性。其次,通过提出对支撑位置进行一定的约束,从而提高其加工过程能力的对策。所研究的方法和结论对提高机床大件加工一致性具有一定的指导意义。 According to the problem that the existing production process capability index doesn’t meet the requirement of the product process capability index,an improved method is presented.First,based on the analysis of the manufacturing process of the machine tool VMC850B,the finite element method(FEM)was used to analyze the influence law of fixture parameters on the process consistency during machine tool body finishing process.Contrasted the support position,clamping force and clamping position,the result indicates that the support position is the most important influence factors on processing accuracy and consistency.The validity of the conclusion is verified by both the theoretical analysis and experimental data.Then,in this foundation,a method by constrainting on the support position is presented to improve the process capability.The research methods and conclusions of have some guiding significance for improving the consistency of machine tool body finishing process.
