摘要
互联网、大数据、云计算、区块链等信息技术的发展使得信息的传播、知识的传递都打破了时间和空间的限制,改革传统的教育体系,建立面向未来学习的终身学习体系是时代发展的需要。该文基于生态观,分析了新时期终身学习生态体系上产生的影响和变革。提出终身学习体系已从原来的学历教育具有绝对的优势,转变成正规教育、非正规教育、非正式教育都均衡有序生长的多种群生态体系,提升了种群的丰富性,从而提高了生态的整体生存能力。终身学习生态体系具有开放性、多元化、协同进化、系统推进等特征。该文最后提出了终身学习生态体系构建的发展路径:(1)构建环境:搭建学分“立交桥”;(2)促进流动:形成基于大数据的学习地图;(3)培育种群:终身学习的载体建设和发展;(4)丰富物种:构建“草根满足草根”的新型服务模式。
With the development of Internet,big data,cloud computing,blockchain and other information technologies,the dissemination of information and the transfer of knowledge have broken the time and space constraints.It is necessary to reform the traditional education system and establish a lifelong learning system for future learning.Based on the ecological view,this paper analyzes the impact and change of lifelong learning ecosystem in the new era.It is proposed that the lifelong learning system has changed from the original academic education with absolute advantages to the balanced and orderly growth of multiple groups in formal education,non-formal education and informal education State system,thus improving the overall ecological viability.Lifelong learning ecosystem has the characteristics of openness,diversity,co evolution and system advancement.Finally,this paper puts forward the development path of the construction of lifelong learning ecosystem:(1)building environment:building credit“Overpass”;(2)promoting mobility:forming a learning map based on big data;(3)cultivating population:the construction and development of lifelong learning carrier;(4)enriching species:building a new service mode of“grass roots meet grass roots”.
