低温胁迫下不同温敏性油菜保护酶活性及内源激素变化 被引量:8

Change of protective enzyme activities and endogenous hormones in different temperature-sensitive rapes under low-temperature stress

摘要 【目的】研究不同温敏性油菜内源激素和保护性酶活性含量的变化对低温的响应.【方法】选用陇油6号、天油4号及陇油10号3个油菜品种作为试验材料,低温(4℃)处理后于0(CK)、2、4、6、8、12、24、48 h后取根、生长点及叶片进行内源激素(ABA、IAA、GA)和生理活性物质(根、叶)的测定和分析.【结果】短时低温处理后,SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性表现为冬性品种强于春性品种.陇油6号、天油4号的根叶ABA,IAA含量的变化呈先上升后降低的趋势;陇油10号则是先降低后升高;生长点内源激素的响应陇油10号强于陇油6号,各品种GA总体含量表现为:生长点>叶>根,在各组织中均表现为缓慢升高,陇油6号、天油4号变化较平缓,陇油10号变化幅度较大.各组织内源激素的比值反映不同品种对低温胁迫的动态适应.【结论】短时低温胁迫下,油菜不同组织内源激素和保护性酶活性的变化对适应抗寒生长的具体调控有指导意义. 【Objective】In order to study the response of the activities of endogenous hormones and protective enzymes in different temperature-sensitive rapeseeds to low temperature stress.【Method】Three varieties,i.e.,Longyou 6,Tianyou 4 and Longyou 10,were employed and their roots,growth points and leaves were sampled for the determination of endogenous hormones(ABA,IAA,GA)and physiologically active substances,respectively,0 h(CK),2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after low temperature(4℃)treatment.【Result】After short-time low temperature treatment,the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX in the winter varieties were stronger than those in the spring varieties.For the two varieties,Longyou 6 and Tianyou 4,both ABA and IAA content in roots and leaves increased at first and then decreased after low temperature stress,while those of Longyou 10 decreased at first and then increased.The response of endogenous hormones in the growing point of Longyou 10 was stronger than that of Longyou 6.For each variety,the GA content was the highest at growing point,medium in the leaf,and the lowest in the root,and it displayed a upward trend in all tissues after the treatment,which changed slowly in Longyou 6 and Tianyou 4 and greatly in Longyou 10.The ratios of endogenous hormones in different tissues reflected the dynamic adaptation of different varieties to low temperature stress.【Conclusion】Under short-time low temperature stress,the changes of the activities of endogenous hormones and protective enzymes in different tissues of rape probably indicated the regulation of the varieties'growth in adaptation to the cold stress.
