摘要
研究了低温胁迫下肇东苜蓿幼苗SOD活性和游离脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,苜蓿幼苗SOD酶活性呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,游离脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,表明肇东苜蓿对低温有较强的适应能力,具有较强的抗寒性。
The activity of SOD and proline of Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhaodong during low temperature stress were studied.The result showed that the activity of SOD became higher at beginning and lower later.The content of proline increased during low temperature stress.It revealed that Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhaodong can resist cold strongly,and take on adaptive ability.
