摘要
依托1986年开始的定位试验,于2018—2020年在宁乡地区研究了不同有机肥氮素投入比例对大麦生理特性与产量的影响。试验设置了60%有机肥氮(HOM)、30%有机肥氮(LOM)和不施肥对照(CK)3个处理,考察处理大麦叶片的丙二醛和脯氨酸含量、保护性酶活性、光合特性和产量的差异。结果表明:与CK处理相比,LOM和HOM处理均显著提高了大麦各个主要生育时期植株叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量;大麦各个主要生育时期,LOM和HOM处理植株叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Cond)均显著高于CK处理(P<0.05);不同年份下各个施肥处理大麦产量大小顺序均表现为HOM>LOM>CK,HOM和LOM处理均显著高于CK处理(P<0.05)。
In order to explore the effects of 33-year different organic nitrogen input ratios on leaf physiological characteristics and yield of barley(Hordaum vulgare L.),the field experiment was conducted in Ningxiang County of Hunan Province in 2018-2020 based on a long-term positioning experiment started from 1986.The experiment designed three different fertilizer treatments:(1)60%nitrogen supply from decomposed chicken manure and 40%nitrogen supply from urea(HOM);(2)30%nitrogen supply from decomposed chicken manure and 70%nitrogen supply from urea(LOM);(3)no fertilizer input(CK).Malondialdehyde and proline contents,protective enzyme activities and photosynthetic characteristics of barley leaves and grain yield were investigated in the study.The results showed that compared with CK,LOM and HOM treatments significantly increased activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT),meanwhile,decreased malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline(PRO)contents in barley leaves at different main growth stages.At the same time,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance of barley leaves in LOM and HOM treatments were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those of CK at different main growth stages.For barley yield,it was in the order of HOM>LOM>CK,and HOM and LOM treatments were significantly higher(P<0.05)than CK.
