摘要
目的分析了解言语障碍研究理论、进展、热点与发展趋势。方法运用citespace计量工具,对国外wos数据库2018~2020年言语与语言障碍文献数据进行分析。结果国外言语与语言障碍文献中,研究对象特点集中,主要为婴幼儿至青少年群体;包含一部分跨学科合作研究,具有一定的前瞻性和创新性;研究目的主要聚焦在发育性言语障碍、语言加工理解以及语言的神经生理机制、言语障碍的神经病理机制研究等领域,重视言语及语言障碍的具体表现与评估筛查等。结论基于此,笔者提出了推动开发本土化言语障碍筛查标准,加强研究机构、学科间及学者间合作,扩展研究视角,紧跟国外研究前沿,培养综合型人才等建议,为我国言语康复研究提供参考。
Objective To Analyze and understand the research progress,hotspots and development trend of the speech disorders theory.Method This paper used Citespace to search and analyze the 819 literature data containing speech and language disorders published in the foreign WOS database during 2018-2020.Results The characteristics of relevant foreign research objects were concentrated,on mainly children from infants to adolescents.The research field included a part of interdisciplinary collaborative research,which was forward-looking and innovative.The research purposes mainly focused on developmental speech disorders,language processing and comprehension,the neurophysiological mechanism of language,and neuropathological mechanisms of speech disorders.Meanwhile,most research paid attention to the specific manifestations,assessment and screening of speech and language disorders.The paper also put forward some development suggestions for speech rehabilitation in China based on the work related to speech disorders.Conclusion Based on this,some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of localized speech disorders screening standards,strengthen the cooperation among research institutions,disciplines and scholars,expand the research perspective,keep up with the forefront of foreign research,and cultivate persons with comprehensive abilities,in order to provide reference for the further development of speech rehabilitation research in China.
