摘要
简要介绍了气动不平衡式发射装置定时调节器工作原理,建立了该装置发射武器内弹道模型,对定时调节器不同调节状态下武器出管速度进行仿真分析计算。仿真结果表明,定时调节器送气阀预压缩量越大,武器出管速度越小;小深度发射时,定时调节器放气阀弹簧预压缩量越大,武器出管速度越大,大深度发射时,定时放气阀弹簧预压缩量对武器出管速度影响甚微。
Briefly introduced the working principle of the timing regulator of the aerodynamic unbalanced launching device,established the internal ballistic model of the launching weapon of the device,and carried out the simulation analysis and calculation of the weapon outlet speed under different adjustment states of the timing regulator.The simulation results show that the greater the pre-compression of the timing regulator air valve,the lower the weapon outlet speed;when launching at a small depth,the greater the pre-compression of the timing regulator’s bleed valve spring,the greater the weapon outlet speed;the greater the depth of launch At the time,the pre-compression of the timing bleed valve spring has little effect on the weapon outlet speed.
