摘要
本文研究了设计气动换向阀合理的最大开口选择。重点研究了由阀流道节流口几何截面积合成阀有效截面积Sa的近似工程合成算法。研究了A(阀几何开口面积),Sc(根据试验由有效截面积S的定义算出),Sa(近似工程合成算法算出)及Sv(声速放气法试验求得)随阀开度x变化而变的规律,通过对比探讨了求解以上各种有效截面积方法的可靠性(可信性)及相互关系等。
This thesis researches about of max. opening for designing pneumatic valve . It mainly studys approximate engineering synthesis algorithm about effective cross section area of valve, Sa, which synthesis by geometrical cross section areas of restrictor in valve flow channel. It researches the regularity of A ( geometrical cross section area of valve ), Sc ( obtained by the definition of effective cross section area of valve) , Sa and Sv ( obtained by sonic velocity air exhaust method) to the change of the opening of valve, x. By contrastive method this thesis discusses the reliability (creditability) and correlation of all methods above for solving effective cross section area of valve.
