摘要
为研究气动比例控制系统的动态特性,针对该系统的非线性特性,对系统进行了机理建模研究。为便于进行定性分析,对该数学模型进行了线性化处理。通过系统辨识,消除了在机理建模中因泄漏、气体压缩及压力损失等引起的误差,证明了所建模型的正确性。
A new nonlinear mathematical model was developed for the pneumatic proportional control system. The model was linearized for the qualitative analysis of the pneumatic system. Then the errors caused by modeling and linearization, such as system leak, gas compress and pressure loss, were eliminated by online identification for the system. And the identification result shows that the mathematic model is correct.
