摘要
为提高客车气制动总阀的检测精度和检测效率,研究并设计了客车气制动总阀的性能检测系统,用于气制动总阀静态特性和动态特性的测试与分析。采用伺服电机控制直线驱动模块与气动比例控制快速加载模块模拟汽车缓慢制动和紧急制动,引入精密减速器与滚珠丝杠,实现制动过程的精确控制;运用高速数据采集卡和多线程技术的软件设计进行数据采集、处理和显示,提高系统采集速度和测量精度。测试试验数据及结果表明了系统的可行性和精度,其中气压测量精度可达0.25%,位移测量精度可达0.1%。
In order to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency for passenger vehicles pneumatic brake valve,a test system on passenger vehicles pneumatic brake valve performance was researched and designed to test and analyze pneumatic brake valve static and dynamic characteristics.Based on linear driving model controlled by servo motor and rapidly loading model controlled by pneumatic proportional,the system could simulate automotive slow brake and emergency brake,meanwhile,the precision reducer and ball screw were introduced to achieve braking process precisely; Using high-speed data acquisition card and multi-threading technology for data acquisition,processing and display to improve acquisition rate and measurement accuracy of the system.The test data and results indicate the feasibility and accuracy of the system,in which pneumatic pressure measurement accuracy can reach 0.25% and the displacement measurement precision can reach 0.1%.
