摘要
运用多体系统运动学理论建立了三轴再制造机床的空间几何误差模型。根据通用的机床精度检测原理,将再制造零部件的检测精度分离到基本几何误差上,实现了线位移误差、角位移误差、垂直度误差等基本几何误差的辨识。仿真试验结果表明该误差模型和误差辨识方法有效可行。
Using multi-body theory,geometric error model of remanufactured three-axis machine tool was constructed.According to the accuracy testing principle for machine tools,the testing accuracies of remanufactured parts were separated to the basic geometric errors,and the identification of translational errors,angular errors and squareness errors was carried out.The simulation results show that the error model and the error identification method are feasible.
