烟花气动发射动力学特性及试验研究

摘要 传统烟花发射药燃烧过程产生的烟雾会污染环境,影响烟花的观赏效果,同时具有一定的危险性。将压缩空气作为烟花气动发射的动力源可以有效避免火药燃烧带来的危害,改善烟花发射的安全性。基于火炮内弹道学理论建立了烟花气动发射的动力学模型,搭建了烟花气动发射弹丸初速度测试平台,并验证了模型的准确性。采用数值分析的方法研究了气体压力、高压气瓶容积、烟花弹丸质量和发射管长度对烟花弹丸动力学特性的影响。研究结果表明,弹丸的初速度随气体压力、高压气瓶容积、发射管长度的增加而增大,随弹丸质量的增加而减小,给烟花气动发射装置的设计和优化提供了理论指导。 The smoke generated in the combustion process of traditional fireworks propellants will pollute the environment, destroy the viewing effect of fireworks, and have certain risks. Using compressed air as the power source of fireworks pneumatic launches can effectively avoid the harm caused by gunpowder combustion and improve the safety of fireworks launches. Based on the theory of gun interior ballistics, the dynamic model of firework aerodynamic launch is established, the initial velocity test platform of the firework aerodynamic launch projectile is built, and the accuracy of the model is verified. The effects of gas pressure, the volume of a high-pressure gas cylinder, the mass of the fireworks projectile, and the length of the launch tube on the dynamic characteristics of the fireworks projectile were studied by numerical analysis. The results show that the initial velocity of the projectile increases with the increase of the gas pressure, the volume of the high-pressure cylinder, and the length of the launch tube, and decreases with the increase of the mass of the projectile, which can provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of the fireworks pneumatic launcher.
