摘要 真菌聚酮类化合物是一大类结构复杂的次级代谢产物,在抗菌、抗真菌、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等方面具有重大作用。聚酮类化合物的生物活性主要源于它本身复杂的结构和功能,而产生的这些化合物的关键酶是真菌聚酮合酶(Polyketidesynthase,PKS)。文章主要介绍了真菌聚酮合酶的分类、结构以及对近几年来新发现的真菌聚酮化合物进行了归纳。 Fungal polyketones is a large class of complex secondary metabolites,which play important roles in antibacterial,antifungal,antitumor and immunomodulatory activities. The biological activities of polyketide compounds are mainly owing their complex structure and function,and the key enzyme producing these compounds is fungal polyketide synthase( PKS). The classification and structure of fungal polyketide synthase are mainly introduced in this paper,and the recent discovery of fungal polyketide compounds has been summarized.
