摘要
大力发展应用型本科教育是国家为优化教育结构,实施应用型人才培养,推动高校特色发展而做出的重大战略举措,为适合应用型人才培养定位的高校提供了改革发展的新机遇。实践教学是应用型人才培养的重要组成部分,关系着产教融合、校企合作背景下学校人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧人才培养目标的达成度,即应用型人才培养目标能否最终实现。基于应用型本科高校,从产业发展导向、专业发展方向、协同创新、学生主体性、职业素养五个维度,深化对实践教学应用型价值的认识,阐明应用型实践教学体系构成要素及作用机理,提出全面提升实践教学设计能力、科学设定实践教学内容、综合运用实践教学方法、精准掌控实践教学过程、高度整合实践教学资源的工科专业实践教学体系构建思路。
Vigorously developing application-oriented undergraduate education is an important strategic measure made by the state to optimize the educational structure,implement the cultivation of application-oriented talents,and promote the development of university characteristics which provides new opportunities for the reform and development of universities suitable for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.Practical teaching is an important part of the cultivation of application-oriented talents,which is related to the achievement of the supply-side and industrial demand-side talent training objectives under the background of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,that is whether application-oriented talent training objective can be finally achieved.Based on application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,this paper deepens the application value recognition of practical teaching,clarifies the elements and mechanism of application-oriented practical teaching system,and puts forward the construction idea of engineering specialty practical teaching system,which comprehensively promotes the design ability of practical teaching,scientifically sets practical teaching content,comprehensively uses practical teaching methods,accurately controls the practical teaching process,and highly integrates practical teaching resources from the five dimensions of industrial development orientation,professional development direction,collaborative innovation,student subjectivity and professional literacy.
