摘要
目的探讨师生共建课程思政在胃肠外科临床医学专业见习生中的应用效果。方法随机选取60名胃肠外科见习生为研究对象。60名同学按实验组和对照组随机分为两组,每组30人。对照组应用传统教学模式进行带教,试验组应用"课程思政"的教学模式进行带教;比较两组同学的动手实践能力、基础知识和综合素质能力。结果试验组在动手实践能力及基础知识较对照组显著提高,差异具有统计学意义,在正确职业目标的树立,职业道德修养的加强,理解患者、学会沟通、解决问题,培养团队合作精神等8个维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);结论胃肠外科见习生对师生共建课程思政教学法的认可度较高,相比传统课堂教学,该教学方法培养了见习生的自主学习能力,能明显提高见习生的临床知识和技能水平,见习生对教学的满意度更高。
Objective To explore the application effect of teacher-student co-curriculum thinking in clinical medicine specialty of gastroenteric surgery.Methods 60 students of gastrointestinal surgery were randomly selected as the research object.60 students in the experimental group and control group randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 people.The control group was taught by the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group was taught by the teaching mode of"curriculum thinking and politics".Comparison of the two groups of students practical ability,basic knowledge and comprehensive quality and ability.Results The practical ability and basic knowledge of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,treatment group in the right career goal setting up,the strengthening of professional ethics,understand patients,learn to communicate,solve problems,cultivate team spirit and other eight dimensions score were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrointestinal surgery interns have a higher degree of recognition for the teaching method of ideological and political teaching in the co-curriculum of teachers and students.Compared with traditional classroom teaching,this teaching method can cultivate the independent learning ability of interns,significantly improve the clinical knowledge and skills of interns,and interns have a higher degree of satisfaction with teaching.
