摘要
外科学总论实验课程是临床医学本科专业实验课程,全面推进课程思政建设,教师是关键。我们要从外科学总论实验课程思政建设的重要性、特色性着眼,从理念、原则、路径、方法、内容、评价等各个环节要素入手,建立思想政治教育与知识体系教育有机统一的课程思政教育模式。大力提升专业教师的教学能力,着力培养学生敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆的医者精神。本文介绍了武汉大学2019级临床医学专业在外科学总论实验课程教学中开展的课程思政教学探索,通过学生对外科学总论实验课课程思政教学的满意度和学生对外科学总论实验课课程思政教学在社会主义核心价值观培养中的认可度的问卷调查,结果表明:融入课程思政教学的满意度和认可度高于传统教学法,其差异性具有统计学意义(对照组满意率62.5%,实验组满意率89.7%,P<0.05;对照组认可度66.6%,实验组认可度90.0%,P<0.05),起到了外科学总论实验课中课程思政教育的实效。
The experimental course of general theory of surgery is an professional experimental course of clinical medicine for undergraduate students. teachers play an essential role in performing the ideological and political education of the course. We should focus on the importance and characteristics of the ideological and political education. Starting from the concepts, principles, paths, methods, content, assessment and other elements to, we can establish a curriculum that organically integrates ideological and political education and knowledge combined system. Ideological and political education model. We are committed to improve teachers’ teaching ability, and cultivate the spirit of medical practitioners who respect life, save the dying, be willing to give, and love without bounds. This article introduces the ideological and political education exploration of the 2019 grade clinical medical students of Wuhan University in the teaching of the experimental course of general theory of surgery. A questionnaire survey on the recognition of ideological and political education in the cultivation of socialist core values shows that the satisfaction and recognition of ideological and political teaching integrated into the curriculum is higher than that of traditional teaching methods, and the difference is statistically significant(satisfaction ratio 62.5% to 89.7%, P<0.05;recognition ratio 66.6% to 90.0%, P<0.05), which has played a practical role in the ideological and political education of the course in the experimental course of the general theory of surgery.
