摘要
从思政课程到课程思政再到专业思政,体现了党中央国务院对高校思想政治教育的战略部署,体现了教育部对振兴本科教育的工作要求。专业思政可把课程思政所开启的将思想政治工作体系贯通人才培养体系的科学实践进一步推向深化。健康服务与管理专业作为教育部近几年新开设的特设专业,围绕国家“健康中国战略”和大力发展健康产业的背景,着力培养具备健康检测、健康风险评估和健康干预技能的复合型、应用型人才。作为中医药院校的公共管理类专业,天津中医药大学的健康服务与管理专业更应在专业思政建设中具备医学与管理学的融合特色。研究以天津中医药大学管理学院健康服务与管理专业为例,从培养目标、课程体系设置、课程教学设计和专业实践实训基地建设等方面,结合医学与管理学教学特色,探讨专业思政的建设思路与实践。
From ideological and political courses to ideological and political education construction of courses to ideological and political education construction of major, it reflects the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and reflects the requirements of the ministry of education to revitalize undergraduate education. The ideological and political education construction of major can further deepen the scientific practice of linking the ideological and political work system with the talent training system, which is initiated by the course ideological and political work.Health service and management, as a newly established major of the Ministry of Education in recent years, focuses on cultivating composite and applied talents with health testing, health risk assessment and health intervention skills under the background of the national "Healthy China Strategy" and the vigorous development of the health industry. As a public administration major in traditional Chinese medicine universities, the health service and management major in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine should have the integration characteristics of medicine and management in the ideological and political construction of the major. The study takes the health service and management major in the School of Management,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, and discusses the theoretical and practical study on the ideological and political education construction of the major from the aspects of training objectives, course system setting, course teaching design and practice training construction of the major, combined with the teaching characteristics of medicine and management science.
