摘要
该试验对饼干中9种合成着色剂的检测方法进行了研究。样品经无水乙醇-氨水-水提取,经HLB固相萃取小柱净化,采用高效液相色谱法进行检测。结果表明,9种合成着色剂在0.20~5.00μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,样品加标回收率在73.1%~94.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.0%~4.6%之间。该方法回收率、精密度良好,适用于饼干中9种合成着色剂的定量分析。
The determination method of 9 synthetic colorants in biscuit was studied.Samples were extracted by anhydrous ethanol-ammonia-water,purified by solid phase extraction with HLB,and detected by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the 9 synthetic colorants had good linearities in the range of 0.20-5.00μg/mL,with the correlation coefficient more than 0.999.The recoveries of the 9 artificial pigments were in the ranges from 73.1%to 94.0%,and the relative standard deviations were from 1.0%to 4.6%.This method had good recovery rate and precision,and it was suitable for quantitative analysis of 9 kinds of synthetic colorants in biscuit.
