摘要
本文从食用合成色素入手,研读现行食品安全法的相关政策,结合已实际曝光的食品安全问题,探讨相关法律条文在实际执行过程中可能遇到的问题,并研究对策。
The paper briefly analyzes the use of synthetic pigments in China and present existing problems,and based on the analysis of the reasons puts forward countermeasures to solve related problems.Studying the existing food safety laws related policies and combining the actual exposure of the food safety,the paper discusses some questions which possibly meet in the actual execution process of relevant legal provisions and studies the countermeasures.
