摘要
采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水果罐头中柠檬黄、日落黄、诱惑红、苋菜红、胭脂红、亮蓝和赤藓红7种合成着色剂的含量。样品经浸泡提取,直接过膜上液相色谱质谱联用仪。以乙酸铵溶液(0.02 mol·L^-1)+0.2%甲酸-甲醇溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱进行分离.结果表明,在0.01~0.05 mg·kg^-1添加水平范围内,各着色剂的平均回收率为84.45%~95.26%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.40%~4.04%(n=6)。该方法准确性高,重现性好适用于水果罐头中合成着色剂的定性及定量分析。
The contents of 7 kinds of synthetic colorants in canned fruits are lemon yellow,sunset yellow,allura red,amaranth,carmine,brilliant blue and erythrosine were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The samples were extracted by soaking and directly passed through the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry on the membrane.Ammonium acetate solution(0.02 mol·L^-1)+0.2%formic acid-methanol solution were used as mobile phase for separation by gradient elution.The results showed that in the range of 0.01~0.05 mg·kg^-1,the average recovery rate of each colorant was 84.45%~95.26%,and the RSD was 1.40%~4.04%(n=6).This method has high accuracy and reproducibility and is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of synthetic colorants in canned fruits.
