摘要
本文通过烟煤黏结指数的原理、测定步骤,分析了煤样检测过程对烟煤黏结指数的影响因素。并选取三个具有代表性的烟煤煤样试验验证了搅拌方式、压力器的静压时间、焦化时间、焦化温度对黏结指数的影响。
In this paper,through mastering the determination principle and steps of bituminous coal caking index,the influence factors of coal sample detection process on bituminous coal caking index were analyzed.Three representative bituminous coal samples were selected to verify the effects of mixing mode,static pressure time of pressure vessel,coking time and coking temperature on the caking index.
