摘要
为探讨低变质煤炭分析样品在常温、常压、密封、避光的实验室条件下保存3个月的变化规律及原因,每周由专人用同一实验仪器对煤样进行分析水、灰分、挥发分、含硫量及发热量的测定,共获得13组实验数据。对实验结果的分析表明,随着时间的推移,灰分无明显变化,分析水、挥发分、含硫量及发热量都有不同程度的降低,因此要求实验人员应及时检测低变质煤炭分析样品,以减少测定误差及确保检测结果的准确性。
For the testing samples of low-rank coal which were kept for 3 months under the laboratory conditions of normal temperature, ordinary pressure, sealing and light avoidance, the changing rules of coal properties and causes were discussed. The parameters of coal properties, such as moisture content, ash yield, volatile matter, sulfur content and calorific value, were determined weekly by the same experimental instrument and by the same lab personnel, and 13 groups of data were finally obtained. The analysis on the testing results showed that as time went on, the ash yield had no obvious change, while the moisture content, volatile matter, sulfur content and calorific value were decreased by different degree. It was suggested that the testing samples of low-rank coal should be analyzed promptly so as to reduce error and ensure the accuracy of testing result.
