炼焦煤黏结性和结焦性的表征方法 被引量:7

摘要 黏结性和结焦性是评价炼焦煤工艺性质的主要指标。本文评述了国内外表征炼焦煤黏结性和结焦性的几种主要方法,包括黏结指数、胶质层指数、基氏流动度和奥亚膨胀度等研究进展,指出黏结指数、基氏流动度和奥亚膨胀度检测方法采用均相加热温度场,对炼焦煤的单向受热、层层结焦的成焦过程模拟性较差。虽然胶质层指数模拟了这一过程,但设备的自动化是其未来发展的关键。黏结指数只反映炼焦煤本身的性质,与焦炭质量几乎没有相关性;而胶质层最大厚度、基氏流动度和奥亚膨胀度等只能从某个侧面反映炼焦煤的结焦性,如何开发出一种新的检测方法,可同时从胶质体的黏结能力、数量、质量和膨胀性等方面共同表征炼焦煤黏结性和结焦性是未来发展的关键。 The cohesiveness and coking are the main indexes for evaluating the technological properties of coking coal.This paper reviews the research progress of several characterization methods of cohesiveness of coking coal at home and abroad,including caking index,plastic layer index,Gieseler fluidity and Arnu-Audibiert's dilation.It is pointed out that the three methods of Caking index,Gieseler fluidity and Arnu-Audibiert's dilation,adopt homogeneous heating temperature field to simulate the unidirectional heating and layer-by-layer coking of coking process.Although the glial index simulates this process,the equipment automation is the key to its future development.The caking index only reflects the properties of coking coal and has little correlation with coke quality.The max-thickness of glial index,Gieseler fluidity and Arnu-Audibiert's dilation only reflect the cokeability of coking coal on one side.The cohesiveness and coking of coking coal can be characterized by the cohesiveness,quantity,quality and expansibility of colloid,which is the the key to the future development.
