摘要
地方本科高校产学研合作是推动地方发展的重要力量,也是服务地方产业转型升级的主要途径.文章阐明地方本科高校与地方经济社会发展和地方产业转型升级的紧密联系,厘清地方本科高校在产学研融合中需处理好的四组关系.并以泉州师范学院的产学研探索与实践为研究落脚点,提出地方本科高校推动产学研融合、服务地方产业转型升级的有效路径:(1)提升人才适用度,着力拓宽产学研服务领域;(2)提升专业匹配度,着力拓宽产学研服务空间;(3)提升资源整合度,着力拓宽产学研服务覆盖面;(4)提升成果转化率,着力增强产学研服务能力.
Industry-university-research institution cooperation in local universities is not only an important force to promote local development, but also a main way to serve local industry transformation and upgrading. This paper focuses on analyzing the close connection between local universities, local economic and social development and local industry transformation and upgrading. It clarifies the four groups of relationships that local universities need to deal with in the industry-university-research institution integration. Based on the exploration and practice in Quanzhou Normal University, this paper puts forward the effective ways for local universities to promote the industry-university-research institution integration and serve the local industry transformation and upgrading. First, promoting the applicability of talents to broaden the service field of industry-university-research institution cooperation. Second, improving the major-matching degree to expand the service space of industry-university-research institution cooperation. Third, strengthening the resources integration towiden the service coverage of industry-university-research institution cooperation. Fourth, advancing the transformation rate of research achievements to enhance the serviceability of industry-university-research institution cooperation.
