摘要
目的探究羚羊角颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效及安全性。方法 120例偏头痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用羚羊角颗粒进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后数字疼痛量表(NRS)评分及偏头痛发作频率,发作持续时间,临床疗效,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者NRS评分均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组患者降低幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为91.7%,明显高于对照组的78.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为8.3%,与对照组的11.7%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者偏头痛发作频率均较本组治疗前减少,且观察组患者减少程度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者偏头痛发作持续时间均较本组治疗前缩短,且观察组患者缩短程度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羚羊角颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛效果显著,可减轻头痛程度,减少头痛的发生情况,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Lingyangjiao Granules combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine.Methods A total of 120 patients with migraine were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule,and the observation group was treated with Lingyangjiao Granules based on the control group.The numerical rating scale(NRS)score before and after treatment,frequency of migraine attacks,duration of attack,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NRS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%,which was obviously higher than 78.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 8.3%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 11.7%of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency of migraine attacks of the two groups were less than those before treatment,and the reduction in the observation group was greater than that in the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of migraine attacks in both groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the shortening degree of the observation group was greater than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Lingyangjiao Granules and flunarizine shows remarkable effect in the treatment of migraine,and it can reduce the degree and occurrence of migraine with high safety.
