摘要
目的探究保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月昌图县第二医院收治的80例老年性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组给予保妇康栓治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及临床症状消失时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道分泌物、灼热感及瘙痒感消失时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓能够有效治疗老年性阴道炎,可减轻患者症状,提高临床疗效,不良反应较少,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Baofukang suppository in senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to No.2 Hospital of Changtu County from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to a random number table.The control group was treated with metronidazole suppositories,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 15.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vaginal discharge,burning sensation and itching sensation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository is effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis,it can reduce the symptoms of vaginal inflammation in patients,improve the clinical treatment effect,and have fewer adverse reactions,so it is worth applying.
