摘要
为配合通信运营商的碳达峰、碳中和路径规划,在政策调研和分析的基础上,首先,提出了适用于通信运营商的碳排放核算方法;其次,研究了通信运营商网络的发展趋势,并结合通信运营商的排放现状,对通信运营商的碳达峰的时间和排放量做了预测。最后,从节能、清洁能源发展以及低碳倡议的角度给出了碳中和的建议。
In order to coordinate with the carbon peak and carbon neutral path planning of communication operators,based on the policy research and analysis,the carbon emission accounting method suitable for communication operators is proposed firstly;Secondly,the development trend of communication operators'network is developed,and forecasts the time and emission of communication operators'carbon peak combined with their emission status.Finally,suggestions on carbon neutralization are given from the perspectives of energy conservation,clean energy development and low-carbon initiatives.
