摘要
通过盆栽控水法人工模拟土壤干旱条件,设置对照(CK)、轻度干旱胁迫(LS)、中度干旱胁迫(MS)、和重度干旱胁迫(HS)4个处理,研究不同干旱胁迫强度对马银花的形态指标和生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加深和时间的延长,马银花的生长发育受到抑制,叶片的萎蔫干枯现象越来越明显;叶片相对含水量缓慢降低,而电解质渗透率和丙二醛含量均逐渐升高,细胞膜发生过氧化作用而受损;有机渗透调节物质(包括可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白)大量积累;细胞内抗氧化酶(POD、CAT、SOD)活性均呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,但长时间的干旱胁迫会抑制SOD、POD和CAT活性。该研究表明马银花有一定的抗旱性,能够忍耐中度干旱胁迫(田间持水量的40%~45%)。
By pot experiments simulating soil drought conditions,set up the control(CK),mild drought stress(LS),moderate drought stress(MS),and severe drought stress(HS)four groups of processing,determination of physiological index of the plant.The results showed that with the deepening of drought stress and the prolonging of time,the growth and development of Rhododendron ovatum were inhibited,and the phenomenon of leaf wilting and drying became more and more obvious.The relative water content of leaves decreased slowly,while the electrolyte permeability and malondialdehyde content increased gradually,and the cell membrane was damaged by peroxidation.A large amount of organic osmotic regulatory substances(including soluble sugar and soluble protein)are accumulated;the activities of antioxidant enzymes(POD,CAT,SOD)increased first and then decreased,but the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were inhibited by prolonged drought stress.The results showed that Rhododendron ovatum had certain drought resistance and could tolerate moderate drought stress(40%~45%of field water capacity).
