摘要
做好新时代高校党建工作,将党建优势转化为推动业务高质量发展的源动力是当前高校党建与业务融合的现实问题。聚焦高校党建与档案工作融合发展实际,审视现状、厘清问题、梳理举措,探寻破解党建与档案工作发展“两张皮”困境的有效对策,探索党建与档案工作深度融合的实践路径,为高校全面高效地推进党建工作提供有益经验。
It is a currently realistic issue of integrating the party building at universities and other affairs to convert the advantages of the former into an original mainspring to drive the conduct of the latter at in a new era.In order to find countermeasures to break the ice between the party building and the archival work at universities,practical path to the in-depth integration of the two and experience with comprehensive and efficient advancement of the Party building at universities,we suggest the focus of attention to the practical problems in this field,the examination of the status quo and the sorting-out of measures.
