摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,党的十九大已将党的建设提升到了前所未有的新高度。然而在高校的实际工作中,基层党组织“重业务、轻党建”“两张皮”的问题还比较突出,存在一定程度的党组织弱化、虚化等问题。本文分析了在现实工作中开展党建与业务工作之间存在的问题,提出了党建与业务深度融合的策略,不失为破解当前制约高校基层党建发展问题的重要实践探索。
With socialismwith Chinese characteristics entering a newera,the 19th CPC National Congress has promoted the party building to an unprecedented newlevel.However,in the actual work of colleges and universities,the problems of grass-roots party organizations"emphasizing business and neglecting party building"and"two skin phenomenon"are still quite prominent,and there are some problems such as weakening,falsification and marginalization of party organizations.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of party building and professional work in practical work,and puts forward the strategies,methods and paths of the deep integration of party building and professional work,which is an important practical exploration to solve the current problems restricting the development of grass-roots party building in colleges and universities.
