摘要
目的研究医疗查房联合护理教学查房提高重症监护病房(ICU)护理教学质量的效果及改善护理专业学生自主学习能力。方法纳入2018年9月—2019年1月期间在读的护理专业学生118名作为研究对象,其中采用传统教学法开展ICU护理教学活动者59名,设为传统组;其中采用医疗查房与护理教学查房相结合模式开展ICU护理教学活动者59名,设为医疗+护理教学查房组。研究两组护理专业学生ICU护理教学质量考核分数、护理教学认可度调查问卷评分。结果医疗+护理教学查房组教学管理(14.56±2.25)分、仪表行为(8.03±1.08)分、教学查房(6.07±1.13)分、小讲课和见习课(10.24±2.46)分、检查反馈(3.78±1.69)分、临床带教(13.33±1.07)分、分管床位(8.52±1.34)分、病情掌握(8.32±1.12)分、实践技能(8.34±1.66)分均明显高于传统组的(11.23±1.14)分、(5.65±1.02)分、(3.36±1.05)分、(7.58±1.45)分、(2.17±1.44)分、(9.11±1.04)分、(5.13±1.22)分、(5.52±1.05)分、(4.33±1.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,医疗+护理教学查房组护生护理教学认可度调查问卷评分(91.78±4.49)分,明显高于传统组的(74.59±1.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗查房联合护理教学查房提高ICU护理教学质量的效果及改善护理专业学生自主学习能力,能够明显改善临床教学质量,提高护生学习成绩和认可度。
Objective To study the effect of medical ward rounds combined with nursing teaching rounds to improve the quality of intensive care unit(ICU)nursing teaching and the clinical value of improving the self-learning ability.Methods A total of 118 nursing students from September 2018 to January 2019 were included as the research objects.Among them,59 students of ICU nursing teaching activities were carried out by traditional teaching methods,and they were set as the traditional group;among them,medical ward rounds and nursing were used.59 students of ICU nursing teaching activities carried out in the combined mode of teaching rounds were set as the medica+nursing teaching rounds group.Studied two groups of nursing students ICU nursing teaching quality assessment scores,nursing teaching recognition questionnaire scores.Results Medical+nursing teaching rounds group teaching management(14.56±2.25)points,instrument behavior(8.03±1.08)points,teaching rounds(6.07±1.13)points,small lectures and training courses(10.24±2.46)points,inspection feedback(3.78±1.69)points,clinical teaching(13.33±1.07)points,beds in charge(8.52±1.34)points,disease mastery(8.32±1.12)points,practical skills(8.34±1.66)points,all significantly higher than traditional group of(11.23±1.14)points,(5.65±1.02)points,(3.36±1.05)points,(7.58±1.45)points,(2.17±1.44)points,(9.11±1.04)points,(5.13±1.22)points,(5.52±1.05)points,(4.33±1.14)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the nursing students’nursing teaching recognition questionnaire of the medical+nursing teaching round group was(91.78±4.49)points,which was significantly higher than(74.59±1.84)points of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical ward rounds combined with nursing teaching rounds have significant clinical value in improving the quality of ICU nursing teaching and improving the independent learning ability.It can significantly improve the quality of clinical teaching and improve the
