摘要
专业作为一个经由特定阶段不断被建构的概念,形成了以知识性、(可)教育性、特定性、社会需要性、正式性等要素为核心属性的现代意涵。而社会工作作为一门专业,在西方专业化的发展过程中,建构了制度伦理-利他性、知识体系-科学性、从业者权力-自主性、从业者技术-规范性等一系列独特的专业化内涵。但在政府主导、教育先行的推进模式下,我国社会工作专业发展面临专业本土化程度不足、从业者自主权弱、从业者技术不规范、专业组织缺乏独立性等困境。因此,该文从专业的内涵建构入手,分析社会工作专业化内涵,阐释中国社会工作专业困境,由此探寻中国社会工作专业化的发展路径。
As a concept that has been continuously constructed through specific stages,profession has formed a modern meaning with knowledge,education,specificity,social needs,formality and other elements as its core attributes.As a profession,social work has constructed a series of unique professions connotation in the development of western specialization,such as institutional ethics&altruism,knowledge system&scientificity,practitioner power&autonomy,and practitioner technology&normativeness,etc.However,under the government-led and education-first promotion model in China,the development of the social work profession faces the dilemma of insufficient degree of professional localization,weak autonomy of practitioners,technical irregularities of practitioners,and lack of independence of professional organizations.Therefore,this paper starts with the construction of professional connotation,analyzes the connotation of social work specialization,explains the plight of China’s social work profession,and hope to explore the development path of China’s social work specialization.
