摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池发动机低温冷启动性能是制约燃料电池发动机广泛应用的关键指标之一,燃料电池发动机系统的电池堆、BOP部件以及控制策略的不同会影响发动机的低温启动特性。本文设计了燃料电池发动机热管理系统,制定了控制策略,在此基础上建立了燃料电池发动机低温冷启动过程的热平衡模型,对发动机低温冷启动所需热量进行预测分析,并将模型计算热量与低温测试实际热量值进行了对比,验证了计算模型的准确性,为低温启动过程的精确控制提供预测依据。
The cold start characteristics of Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)engine is one of the key indicators that constrains the wide application of the PEMFC engine.With different fuel cell stack,balance of plant(BOP)parts and control strategy,the performance of PEMFC engine varies.The heat management system is designed and the control strategy is made,thus the heat balance model for engine’s cold start processis established to estimate the needed heat of cold start.And the estimated heat is compared with the actual heat tested from experiment to verify the accuracy of the model,therefore to provide the basis of precise prediction of the cold start process.
