摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池冷启动能力直接影响燃料电池动力系统的运用广泛性,而采用燃料电池停机吹扫能有效地减少燃料电池内部残余水,增大冷启动过程产物水结冰的容纳空间,从而有助于燃料电池冷启动的实现.针对提升燃料电池冷启动能力的停机吹扫,从吹扫过程机理及阶段、吹扫策略、吹扫影响因素、膜中水含量确定、最佳吹扫点等方面对研究进展进行了综述分析和总结.最后,对燃料电池停机吹扫研究工作提出相应建议和展望,以期对提高车载燃料电池冷启动能力和广泛应用有所参考和借鉴意义.
Subzero cold start capability of Proton exchange membrane fuel cell directly affects the wide application of fuel cell power system.While fuel cell shutdown purge can effectively reduce the residual water in the PEMFCs,improve the storage space of product water during subzero cold start.Therefore,shutdown purge is benefit to the realization of PEMFCs cold start.In this paper,the research progress of shutdown purge for improving subzero cold start ability of fuel cells is summarized from the aspects of purge process mechanism and stages,purge strategy,influencing factors of purge,determination of water content in membranes and optimal purge point.Finally,some suggestions are made for the future development of fuel cell shutdown purge research,and hope to be helpful for improving the cold start ability and wide application of fuel cell power system.
