秦岭龙胆总黄酮的体外抗氧化及抑菌活性研究 被引量:5

Study on antioxidant and antibacterial activities of total flavonoids from Gentiana apiata

摘要 目的研究秦岭龙胆总黄酮提取物的体外抗氧化及抑菌活性。方法抗氧化活性测定包括清除DPPH、ABTS自由基试验。琼脂平板打孔法测定秦岭龙胆总黄酮提取物的抑菌活性。结果秦岭龙胆总黄酮提取物的体外抗氧化能力与浓度呈正相关,比对照品二丁基羟基甲苯及Vit C的抗氧化能力略强,且不同浓度秦岭龙胆总黄酮的抗氧化活性具有显著性差异。秦岭龙胆总黄酮对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌及四联球菌等4种供试菌有体外抑制作用,且不同剂量间存在显著性差异。总黄酮对大肠杆菌的抑制作用最强,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为2.40 mg·mL^(-1),对四联球菌的灵敏度最低,其MIC为38.40 mg·mL^(-1)。结论秦岭龙胆总黄酮具有一定的抗氧化及抑菌活性,且抗氧化及抑菌活性随浓度的增加而增强。 OBJECTIVE To study antioxidant activity and the antibacterial activity of flavonoids from Gentiana apiata N.E.Br.METHODS The determination of antioxidant activity included scavenging DPPH free radical and scavenging ABTS radical.The antibacterial activity of flavonoids from G.apiata were determined using agar plate diffusion method.RESULTS The anti-oxidation ability increased with the increase of total flavonoids extracts from G.apiata concentration.Antioxidation ability of total flavonoids extracts from G.apiata stronger than BHT and Vit C.There were significant differences in antioxidant activity of total flavonoids extracts from G.apiata in different concentrations.Total flavonoids extracts affected on four strains of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Micrococcus tetranococcus in vitro increased with the increase of the concentration of the extract,and there were significant differences among different doses.The inhibitory effect of total flavonoids on E.coli was the strongest with the MIC of 2.40 mg·mL^(-1),and M.tetragenus the lowest with the MIC of 38.40 mg·mL^(-1).CONCLUSION The total flavonoids from G.apiata have certain antioxidant and bacteriostatic activities,and the antioxidant and bacteriostatic activities increase with the increase of concentration.
