不同产地菊花多糖的抗氧化活性研究 被引量:21

Study on the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides of chrysanthemum from different habitats

摘要 目的用水提醇沉法提取菊花中的多糖,对比研究不同产地菊花多糖的抗氧化活性。方法采用铁氰化钾还原法测定总还原能力、水杨酸法测定清除羟自由基能力和邻苯三酚法测定清除超氧阴离子能力,从以上3个方面来评价4种产地菊花多糖的抗氧化活性。结果菊花多糖的抗氧化活性与多糖浓度成正比例关系,在10 mg·mL^-1时抗氧化活性最强,但4种产地菊花多糖的抗氧化活性均不如抗坏血酸。其中,总还原能力:杭白菊>亳菊>黄山贡菊>滁菊;羟自由基清除能力:杭白菊>黄山贡菊>滁菊>亳菊;超氧阴离子清除能力:杭白菊>亳菊>黄山贡菊>滁菊。结论杭白菊的抗氧活性最好,具有一定科学研究价值。 OBJECTIVE To study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides of chrysanthemum extraction from different habitats extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.METHODS The capabilities on total reduction,removal of hydroxyl radicals,and the removal of superoxide anion radicals were used to evaluate and compare the antioxidant activity of the four species of chrysanthemnm polysaccharides.RESULTS The antioxidant activity of chrysanthemum polysaccharides and the concentration of polysaccharides had a positive proportional relationship.The antioxidation reached the highest level at the polysaccharides concentrantion of 10 mg·mL^-1.The order of the total redox capability was white chrysanthemum of Hangzhou>Chrysanthemum of Bozhou>tribute chrysanthemum of Huangshang>chrysanthemun of Chuzhou.The order based on the capability to remove hydroxyl radicals was white chrysanthemum of Hangzhou>tribute chrysanthemum of Huangshang>chrysanthemun of Chuzhou>Chrysanthemum of Bozhou.The order based on the capability to remove superoxide anion radicals was white chrysanthemum of Hangzhou>Chrysanthemum of Bozhou>trribute chrysanthemum of Huangshang>chrysanthemun of Chuzhou.CONCLUSION Taken together,the antioxidant of white chrysanthemum of Hangzhou is the best.
