摘要 目的:建立杭白菊多糖的测定方法,比较不同产地杭白菊多糖含量的差异,为杭白菊的质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用高锰酸钾滴定法测定浙江桐乡、江苏射阳等5个产地杭白菊多糖含量,并进行方法学考察。结果:杭白菊多糖的含量线性关系、精密度、重复性、回收率及稳定性测定结果均符合要求,不同产地杭白菊中多糖含量范围为5.27%~8.72%。结论:不同产地的杭白菊中多糖含量有一定差异,在评价的样本中,山东临沂地区杭白菊多糖含量最高。 【Objective】To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharides in Hangzhou white chrysanthemum and to compare the differences in polysaccharides content of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum from different habitats to provide scientific evidence for its quality evaluation.【Method】The potassium permanganate method was used to determine the polysaccharides content of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum from 5 habitats and the methodology was investigated.【Result】The linear relationship,precision,repeatability,recovery and stability of the method were consistent with requirements.The polysaccharides content in Hangzhou white chrysanthemums from different habitats was 5.27%~8.72%.【Conclusion】The content of polysaccharides in Hangzhou white chrysanthemum from different habitats is different.Among the samples evaluated,the polysaccharide content of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum from Linyi area in Shandong province is the highest.
