白蔹醇提物不同极性部位的体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究白蔹醇提物不同极性部位的抗氧化活性,并探究其抗氧化能力与总多酚含量之间的关系。方法采用1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基法、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)自由基法和铁离子还原/抗氧化能力(FRAP)法分别测定白蔹醇提物不同极性部位的自由基清除能力和铁离子还原力,并测定了各部位总多酚的含量。结果各部位均有一定的抗氧化活性,其中,乙酸乙酯与正丁醇部位清除DPPH·、ABTS+及还原Fe3+的能力均强于石油醚部位及水部位;乙酸乙酯部位的多酚含量最高。结论白蔹提取物清除自由基的能力与提取物的浓度在一定范围内具有良好的量效关系,其中,多酚含量较高的的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位的抗氧化活性及还原能力相对较强,提示多酚类成分可能为白蔹抗氧化的主要活性成分。 OBJECTIVE To study the antioxidant activities of ethanol extracts of Ampelopsis japonica in different polar fractions, and to explore the relationship between the antioxidant activity and the total polyphenol content. METHODS 1 - bis - 2 - phenyl picryl hydrazine (DPPH) radical ,2,2 - azino - two( 3 - ethyl - benzothiazole - 6 - sulfonic acid) two ammonium salt (ABTS) radical and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) were used to assay the free radical scavenging activity and ferric reduction capacityofethanol extracts in different polar parts,and to determine the total polyphenol content of each part. RESULTS Different parts of the extracts all showed antioxidant activities. The ethyl acetate and n - butanol had DPPH scavenging ability, ABTS + and Fe3+ reduction was stronger than petroleum ether and water. At the same time, the results showed that the polyphenol content of ethyl acetate was the highest. CONCLUSION The scavenging ability of the extract and its concentration displayed certain dosage - effect relationship. The higher content of polyphenol, the stronger the antioxidant activity of ethyl acetate and n - butanol. It showed that polyphenols may be the main active ingredient in Ampelopsis japonica.
