摘要
为观察浮针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效,文章选取2018年1月至2019年12月清远市人民医院康复医学科门诊接诊的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及美国西部Ontario与McMaster大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)评分,对患膝治疗前和治疗一次后及治疗两周后的临床疗效进行评估。两个疗程治疗后患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),同时愈显率和总有效率分别达到83.3%和93.3%。结果表明,浮针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著,可明显改善患者膝关节疼痛症状和功能状况。
To observe the clinical effect of Fu's subcutaneous needling on knee osteoarthritis.A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis in the outpatient department of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Qingyuan People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)scores were used to evaluate the knees before and after the first treatment and two weeks after the treatment.After two courses of the treatment,the patients’VAS score and WOMAC score were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05);the simultaneous recovery rate and the total effective rate reached 83.3%and 93.3%respectively.The result shows that Fu's subcutaneous needling is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis,and can significantly improve the knee pain symptoms and the functional status.
