摘要
目的:观察松筋针弹拨足太阳筋结点配合压腿锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将78例膝关节骨关节炎患者随机分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=41),两组患者均进行压腿锻炼,观察组患者采用松筋针治疗,对照组患者采用传统针灸治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经5周治疗后,观察组临床缓解20例,显效9例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.59%;对照组临床缓解14例,显效8例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率75.6%,观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛程度计分为(9.46±5.89)分,明显低于对照组的(14.05±5.15)分(P<0.05);对照组患者的关节功能WOMAC严重指数评分为(62.32±27.62)分,远高于观察组的(50.38±21.32)分(P<0.05);治疗结束后第6周、6个月、12个月观察组疗效优良率远高于对照组。结论:松筋针弹拨足太阳筋结点配合压腿锻炼较传统针灸配合压腿锻炼疗效显著,随访结果表明该疗法中长期临床疗效较传统针刺优势明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Songjin needle plucked the tendons node of Foot-Tai yang with the leg- press-exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 41 of 78 patients were randomly set to traditional acupuncture group, named the control group and the others to Songjin needle group, called the observation group, the patients in the two groups had no difference in gender, age,onset location and degree of pain. The control group used the traditional acupuncture acupoints, the observation group with Songjin needle loosening of foot Taiyang tendon junction,two groups of patients were matched with the leg- press-exercise. Results. After 5 weeks of treatment, In observation group, there was clinical remission in 20 cases,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 6 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the efficiency was 94.59% ,while in the control group,clinical remission in 14 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 9 cases ineffective, the efficiency was 75.6 ~, （P = 0.00）, About degree of pain, the observation group was at 9.465.89, while the control group was at 14.05 ± 5.15 （P = 0.00） ; On joint function, the observa- tion group was 50. 3821.32 ,while the control group was 62.32±27.62 （P=0.04） . At 6 weeks after the end of treatment,there was 82 % excellent rate in the observation group but the control group was only 62 % （P= 0.00） ;and after 6 months, the rate was 72 %in observation group and 47% in the control group （P=0.00） ;and after 12 months,It was 54~ in observation group and 38% in an- other group（P = 0.03）. Conclusion： Song JiM needle plucking knee tendons node of Foot-Taiyang with the leg press exercise therapy has great advantage over the traditional acupuncturet, and A longterm effect had been poroved by the follow-up-results.
