摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎属于中医学“膝痹”范畴,是导致中老年人残疾的常见病之一,其患病人数在不断上升。现代医学无论药物治疗抑或是手术治疗均存在诸多弊端,近年来针灸在膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗中效果瞩目,被越来越多的患者推崇,值得推广研究。为了深入了解近5年来针灸疗法在该领域的发展,探索治疗新趋势,本文在查阅相关文献的基础上,就针灸疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎的临床应用做一概述。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)belongs to the category of“knee arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is one of the common diseases that lead to disability of middle-aged and elderly people,and the number of KOA patients is increasing.In recent years,acupuncture and moxibustion have attracted more and more patients′attention in the clinical treatment of KOA,which is worthy of promotion and research.In order to understand the development of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in this field in the past five years and explore the new trend of treatment,this article summarizes the clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in KOA on the basis of consulting relevant literature and bibliography.
