摘要
目的探讨循证护理模式对行腹腔热灌注化疗患者焦虑抑郁情绪及不良反应的影响。方法选择2017年1月-2020年3月于清远市人民医院行腹腔热灌注化疗的106例癌症患者,以随机数字表法分为2组各53例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取循证护理模式,比较干预前及干预后2组焦虑、抑郁情绪及不良反应情况。结果干预前,2组焦虑、抑郁评分无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑评分(34.15±6.62)、抑郁评分(35.68±6.82)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.55%,低于对照组的28.30%,差异显著(P>0.05)。结论循证护理模式能够改善行腹腔热灌注化疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,并减少化疗相关不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing model on anxiety,depression and adverse reactions in patients undergoing intraperitoneal hyperthermic infusion chemotherapy.Methods A total of 106 cancer patients who underwent intraperitoneal hyperthermia chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group adopted an evidence-based nursing model on this basis to compare the anxiety,depression and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the anxiety score(34.15±6.62)and depression score(35.68±6.82)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.55%,which was lower than 28.30%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing model can improve the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing intraperitoneal hyperthermic infusion chemotherapy,and reduce chemotherapy-related adverse reactions.
