摘要
目的探讨临床标本差异性对微生物检验阳性检出结果的影响。方法选取2018年8月~2019年8月在本院进行检验的临床标本7850份,2019年9月~2020年9月在本院进行检验的临床标本10609份。均开展样本微生物检验。比较两个时间段呼吸道、血培养、其他非呼吸道、大便微生物标本阳性率。结果2018年8月~2019年8月呼吸道、血培养、其他非呼吸道标本以及合计样本阳性率分别为35.60%、33.17%、28.28%均高于2019年9月~2020年9月的30.98%、28.86%、24.63%,血培养标本阳性率7.66%低于2019年9月~2020年9月的9.71%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两个时间段大便标本比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对不同年度的临床微生物标本,需要对其分类检验阳性率进行认真分析,找出原因,以此为各科室及临床微生物检测提供各种有价值且准确的信息,促进诊断与检验水平的提升,并为治疗指导、预后判断及疗效观察提供支撑。
Objective To discuss the influence of the difference of clinical samples on the positive results of microbiological test.Methods 7850 clinical specimens tested in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 and 10609 clinical specimens from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.All samples received microbiological test.The positive rates of respiratory tract,blood culture,other non-respiratory tract,and stool microbiological specimen in two time periods.Results From August 2018 to August 2019,the positive rates of respiratory tract,other non-respiratory tract specimens,and total samples were 35.60%,33.17%,and 28.28%,respectively,which all higher than the 30.98%,28.86%,and 24.63%from September 2019 to September 2020,and the positive rate of blood culture specimens was 7.66%,which was lower than 9.71%from September 2019 to September 2020.All the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in stool specimens between the two time periods(P>0.05).Conclusion According to the clinical microbiological specimens in different years,it is necessary to carefully analyze the positive rate of classification test to find out the reasons,so as to provide various valuable and accurate information for various departments and clinical microbiological testing,and promote the improvement of diagnosis and testing level,thus providing support for treatment guidance,prognosis judgment and efficacy observation.
