摘要
目的:通过病案分析探讨苗建英导师治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松的诊疗思路。方法:苗建英导师有多年治疗糖尿病及其并发症的临床经验,笔者通过跟师学习,收集病例,进行分析总结。结果:导师将辨证与辨病相结合,在补肝肾、强筋骨的基础上加以益气健脾,活血化瘀进行治疗。结论:在治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松时,在补肝肾,强筋骨的基础上加以益气健脾,活血化瘀,适当佐以虫类药或藤类药进行治疗,疗效显著。
Objective:Through the analysis of medical records,the author discussed Miao Jianying’s thoughts on treating diabetes with osteoporosis.Methods:Miao Jianying has many years of clinical experience in treating diabetes and its complications.The author learns from the teacher,collects cases,and analyzes and summarizes clinical experience of the teacher.Results:The tutor combined syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation;and on the basis of strengthening liver and kidney and strengthening muscles and bones,the promoted blood circulation and removed blood stasis method was executed.Conclusion:On the basis of strengthening the liver and kidney and strengthening the bones and muscles,and insect or rattan medicines were applied appropriately,treating diabetes with osteoporosis by the promoted blood circulation and removed blood stasis method gained obvious effects.
