摘要
目的:探讨滋肾降糖丸联合阿仑磷酸钠对糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨代谢的影响。方法:选取我院2016年11月-2018年11月糖尿病骨质疏松患者64例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例。对照组在常规降糖治疗基础上加服阿仑膦酸钠,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服滋肾降糖丸,疗程为3个月。比较两组患者的治疗疗效、血钙、血磷、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(Bone Alkaline Phosphatase,B-ALP)、骨钙素(Osteocalcin,OC)、1型前胶原酶N端肽(P1NP)、β-Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽(β-CTX)、骨保护素(Osteoprotegerin,OPG)的差异以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血钙、血磷、B-ALP、OC升高更明显(P<0.05);P1NP、β-CTX、OPG降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:联合滋肾降糖丸治疗糖尿病骨质疏松患者能提高疗效,改善骨代谢异常,促进骨形成,抑制骨破坏。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Zishen Jiangtang Wan(滋肾降糖丸) with alendronate on bone metabolism in patients with diabetic osteoporosis. Methods: 64 patients with diabetic osteoporosis from November 2016 to November 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given alendronate plus conventional hypoglycemic treatment. The treatment group was given Zishen Jiangtang Wan more for 3 months. Results: The effect in the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05). The blood calcium, blood phosphorus, B-ALP and OC were increased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05). P1 NP,β-CTX and OPG was more decreased(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Zishen Jiangtang Wan on diabetic osteoporosis can improve the effect, improve bone metabolism abnormality, promote bone formation and inhibit bone destruction.
