摘要
以不同配比的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钠为引发剂,通过自由基聚合法合成4种水凝胶(吸附剂),分别命名为CMC1-AM、CMC2-AM、CMC3-AM、CMC_(4)-AM,并考察吸附剂含量、pH、温度、盐分等因素对水凝胶吸附水中Pb^(2+)的影响。结果表明:CMC_(4)-AM水凝胶对水中Pb^(2+)吸附效果最好,在初始Pb^(2+)浓度为50mg/L,吸附剂含量为1.5g/L,pH=7,温度为15℃,无盐分条件下,Pb^(2+)的去除率最高,可以达到89.6%。CMC_(4)-AM水凝胶最大吸附容量为53.2mg/g,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温模型,吸附过程是受化学吸附所控制的单分子层吸附。
Four kinds of hydrogels were synthesized by free radical polymerization with different proportions of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC)and acrylamide(AM)as raw materials,N,N-methylene bis acrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent and sodium persulfate as initiator.They were named CMC1-AM,CMC2-AM,CMC3-AM and CMC_(4)-AM respectively.The effects of sorbent content,pH,temperature and salinity on the Pb^(2+)adsorption of the hydrogel were investigated.The results showed that CMC_(4)-AM hydrogel had the best adsorption effect on Pb^(2+).When the initial Pb^(2+)concentration was 50mg/L,the adsorbent content was 1.5g/L,the temperature was 25℃,pH=7,without salt,the removal rate of Pb^(2+)was the highest,which could reach 89.6%.The maximum adsorption capacity of CMC_(4)-AM hydrogel was 53.2mg/g,and the adsorption process accorded with the quasi two level kinetic model and the Langmuir adsorption isothermal model.The adsorption process was controlled by chemisorption of monolayer adsorption.
