养殖水体中Cu(Ⅱ)离子去除新型吸附剂的制备和性质测定

摘要 为寻找易分离、环保型吸附剂,以海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇为包埋剂制备小球型固定化海带粉吸附剂,用于处理含铜污染水体。利用氢氧化钠-乙醇和柠檬酸处理粉碎后海带粉末,选出对Cu(Ⅱ)离子吸附效果较好的改性海带粉;利用改性海带粉末制备小球吸附剂,以对Cu(Ⅱ)离子吸附效果和成球性能为考核指标,探究海带粉用量、聚乙烯醇浓度、海藻酸钠浓度、氯化钙浓度、交联时间、交联温度等条件对小球吸附剂制备的影响;最后对小球吸附剂进行红外测定(IR)和养殖水体中Cu(Ⅱ)离子去除应用。试验结果表明:海带粉被15%柠檬酸改性后对Cu(Ⅱ)离子吸附效果较好;当改性海带粉投加量0.25 g(20 mL包埋剂中)、聚乙烯醇浓度6%、海藻酸钠浓度2%、氯化钙浓度1.5%、时间12 h、温度25℃时,制备的小球吸附剂综合性能较好;羟基、羧基在固定化小球吸附Cu(Ⅱ)离子过程中发挥了作用;将其用于淡水虾养殖水体中,Cu(Ⅱ)离子去除后可达到《渔业水质标准》规定。 In order to search for the easily separated and environmental friendly adsorbent,a small spherical immobilized kelp powder adsorbent was prepared by using sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol as entrapment agent,which was used to treat the polluted water containing copper.The modified kelp powder with good adsorption effect on Cu(Ⅱ)ions was selected by treating the powder with sodium hydroxide-ethanol or citric acid;the pellet adsorbent was prepared by modified kelp powder,taking Cu(Ⅱ)ion adsorption effect and pellet forming performance as evaluation indexes,the effects of kelp powder dosage,polyvinyl alcohol concentration,sodium alginate concentration,calcium chloride concentration,crosslinking time,crosslinking temperature and other conditions on the preparation of pellet adsorbent were investigated;the pellet adsorbent was analyzed by IR(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy);finally,the pellet adsorbent was used for Cu(Ⅱ)ion removal in aquaculture water.Results showed that the adsorption effect of Cu(Ⅱ)ions was better when kelp powder was modified with 15%citric acid;the comprehensive performance of the prepared pellet adsorbent was better,when the dosage of modified kelp powder was 0.25 g(in 20 mL of embedding agent),the concentration of polyvinyl alcohol was 6%,the concentration of sodium alginate was 2%,the concentration of calcium chloride was 1.5%,the time was 12 h,and the temperature was 25℃;the results of IR spectra show that hydroxyl and carboxyl groups play an important role in the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)ions by immobilized pellets;the removal of Cu(Ⅱ)ion can meet the requirements of Fishery Water Quality Standard when it was used in freshwater shrimp culture water.
